If both her and I ate at a comparable time and were both satisfied in those days; then I would reject her when she wanted more food. If I wasn't hungry then definitely she wasn't. Of course I considered that she is growing girl knowning that it's possible, however, there is no way of getting around the undeniable fact that I am 3 x her size and I am not hungry that usually.The first food that I knew to slice out were the chips; she ate chips every single day because she loved them. It offered me a moment of peace when I handed her that bowl of chips; and she or he would disappear into her bedroom and wouldn't resurface prior to the chips were gone. They may just throw a fit given that they miss their junky snacks, but the fit will pass and they will be fine; their own health is more important.I would also take her outside for at least thirty minutes per day; I would make an effort to make it last 1 hour. We would run, walk, ride her scooter, swim, climb around; anything to get her on the market and moving. I pointed out that after about a fortnight it seemed to be working.
