The more vertical the lifting, the greater taxing around the muscles.

You do not need to perform every conceivable motion a single workout. Rather than emphasizing increasing the extra weight during a short session, give attention to increasing duration while using same weight.

An hour-long panaerobics session with 2-pound weights will blitz your body and burn substantial fat. Don't turn this into merely an additional long lifting weights session (e.g., walking for five minutes while doing shoulder presses with 20 lb. dumbbells-this is just not panaerobics).

Remember, the chest reps go in synch while using lower body movement. This means if you're walking, each shoulder press or frontal press coincides with each footstep. For pedaling, locate a rhythm that upper and lower body share.

If you'll want to take a rest at some point and just keep your weights hanging for your sides, that's fine; panaerobics is very fatiguing to prospects who've never tried it.
